  • Authority to Leave (ATL): All deliveries are booked with ATL unless a signature is specifically requested (this may incur higher shipping costs). ATL allows the courier to leave the package without a signature if the recipient is unavailable.
  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been delivered according to tracking or proof of delivery (POD). In the event of a lost package, we will assist in tracking it, but the responsibility for the package falls to the consumer.

6. Refunds, Exchanges, & Repairs

  • Proof of Purchase: Refunds, exchanges, or repairs may be offered if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been opened or are of a wearable nature (e.g., gloves, clothing, respiratory masks) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
