At All Protect Pty Ltd, we currently only ship to Sydney. All orders are dispatched the same day via Direct Freight Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery times within the Sydney area.

For customers within the Sydney Metro area, we also offer in-house deliveries, providing faster turnaround times and quick, reliable delivery directly to your location.

Delivery Timetable Guide (via Road Express)

All freight deliveries are booked as Authority to Leave (ATL) unless a signature is required (note: this may incur additional charges). With ATL, your package can be left at your delivery address if you’re not home to sign for it.

Important: Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed for delivery the following day, as our courier may have already completed their round. For guaranteed next-day delivery, we recommend placing your order before 2 PM.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your goods upon delivery. If any items are damaged during transit, you must notify the shipping company immediately. We cannot accept claims for damage if the goods are signed for without prior notification.

Note: All Protect Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust freight and handling charges, especially for items with special delivery conditions, which may incur additional costs.

Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Items

Once a package is delivered (as confirmed by tracking or Proof of Delivery), it is the consumer's responsibility. We will assist in tracking lost or stolen packages, but we are not liable for items lost after delivery. Our drivers may take a photo of the delivery location, which can be provided upon request.
