Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with ALL PROTECT PTY LTD. We aim to provide the best customer experience and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our 30-day returns policy below, which is in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty, Damaged, and Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items
- Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Items: For all faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged items, you are fully covered by Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund.
- Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items: If you receive an item that is DOA, please contact ALL PROTECT PTY LTD within 7 days of delivery. If we are not notified within this 7-day period, the full purchase price will apply, and no further claims will be accepted.
2. Change of Mind Returns
- Eligibility: You can return items for a change of mind within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions.
- Return Process: Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving approval and your Return Number (RN). You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item.
- Condition of Items: All returned items must be “as new,” meaning:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, unmarked, and undamaged packaging.
- Any items with missing or damaged packaging, missing accessories, or items that have been used will not be accepted.
- Reasoning: While we accept that you may change your mind, it’s important to us that returned items can be resold as new. This policy ensures fairness for all customers.
3. Inspection and Return Conditions
- All returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team. If an item is not deemed "as new," we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- If your return is rejected, we will notify you with the following options:
- The item can be returned to you at your own cost.
- The item can be recycled.
- You have 14 days to notify us of your preferred option. After 14 days, the item will be recycled.
4. Restocking Fee
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns made under our 30-day Returns Policy. This fee covers administrative costs for processing your return, inspecting, and testing the item.
- Product Replacement:
- If you exchange your item for a cheaper product, we will refund the difference, minus any applicable shipping charges and restocking fees.
- If the new item is more expensive, you will only pay the difference, plus additional shipping charges and the restocking fee.
5. Shipping Instructions
- Return Shipping: Please ensure that you send your returns via a tracked delivery service with signature confirmation. ALL PROTECT PTY LTD is not responsible for any lost or missing returns without Proof of Delivery.
- Damage in Transit: Any items that are damaged during return shipping are your responsibility and not ours.
6. Refund Policy
- Unless the goods are defective, faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged, ALL PROTECT PTY LTD does not offer full refunds under this 30-day Returns Policy. Instead, we offer exchanges or replacements, as per the conditions above.
7. Returns Process
- If you meet the requirements of our 30-day Returns Policy, please submit your return request via our Returns Portal below.
- If you are outside the 30-day Returns Policy, we may, in certain circumstances, offer store credit as a goodwill gesture.
8. RMA Request
- To initiate a return, please complete the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your return cannot be processed without an RMA.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.
